But manufacturing schematics are never seen. What diameter for each wire?
What length of each colour? What length and diameter for each.

The installation went well and the turn signals work! I have a large colored schematic for the TF that a friend sent me but it doesn’t MGTD .
diagram is applicable because I have added turn signals to my ’51 TD. MG did follow the colour code, but unfortunately they did not use the letters on their wiring diagrams until , staying with an earlier system.

For example, wire(s) #4 is colored Blue W/White (a blue wire with white markings) and this wire is attached to the headlamps.
Find either the colored diagram, or the black and white one with the color code schematron.org way- label in advance, or after the main bundles have been run to location in the car. The branches are almost self-explanitory- ie the large and small yellows go to the dynamo, blue/blue-white to the headlamp s, etc, etc.
When I was putting in the new wiring harness on my TD, I couldn’t find a version I could look at on a PC. So, I decided to spend a bit of time and make a version I could look at on my laptop so I could flip back and forth between Dave Braun’s site and the wiring diagram.
Looking for a TD owner who has found and used ‘the Diagram’ that was perfectly correct. In color and in a BIG size. I don’t see that well in the fine print but then who does when you own a TD.
