If this is correct, it appears the problem could be in the engine wiring (since jumper to the motor switch corrects the problem). I have a yamaha 70 and a skeeter boat.

Skeeter Boat Problems. About ten months ago I bought a new Skeeter 20i from a Skeeter Dealer.
The boat has a problem porpoising at low speeds. The wiring hung down and interfered with the hot schematron.orgg is labeled.
