Ok I found your transformer and see exactly what I need to know. Here is how you wire it up.
On your incoming power supply, white will go to one hot wire, and your orange will go to the other hot wire. Then on the secondary, your blue will be the “neutral” and your yellow will be the “hot” wire on your 24v side.
Just cap off your black and red.
