Can anyone help me with routing my heater hoses and core on my 94 Chevy TBI?
I have a port coming off of the top of the intake manifold, passenger side, by the distributor. That is where you need to connect the return hose from the heater. What type of intake manifold are you using?
Your best bet is to just use 1/2″ or 3/4 ” heater hose and run it from the firewall to the waterpump. What type of intake manifold are you using?

any help is. Mar 29, · Re: Heater Hose Routing The one out the top goes back into the manifold. They sell a formed hose for it, don’t use standard hose, it curves too tight and will kink.

This means that there is a rear heater core. I appear to have three heater core hoses comming out of the fire wall and the odd number is XXXXX me a bit.
